Graphitas Building Lowestoft
We were commissioned by our client to replace all of the existing windows in their recently acquired building in the commercial heart of Lowestoft. The project presented an exciting opportunity to upgrade the property with high-performance aluminium windows that combine modern aesthetics, improved energy efficiency, and long-term durability.
Following a detailed site survey, the AluK (GB) aluminium window profile was selected as the ideal solution. The system was chosen for its slim sightlines, robust construction, and thermal performance, providing both a sleek contemporary look and practical benefits for a busy commercial environment. The windows were manufactured in a sophisticated Anthracite Grey finish, perfectly complementing the modern architectural style of the building while maintaining a professional and stylish appearance for the office space.
The installation was carefully planned to minimise disruption to the day-to-day operations of Graphitas, a well-established marketing agency occupying the building. Each window was precision-engineered and fabricated to ensure a perfect fit, enhancing the building envelope’s thermal efficiency, security, and weather resistance.
