We recently completed the installation of high-performance aluminium windows across the offices and utility maintenance buildings within the park area, delivering a solution that balances security, functionality, and durability.
Each window was carefully designed to meet the specific requirements of the facility. To enhance security, all units were fitted with robust security grills attached to the exterior face, providing an additional layer of protection without compromising the visual appeal of the buildings. The outward-facing design of the buildings posed unique challenges, which we addressed by specifying windows that open inwards. This configuration not only improves security by making unauthorised access more difficult but also allows for controlled ventilation throughout the rooms, ensuring comfort for staff and visitors.
The aluminium frames were precision-engineered for long-term performance, combining strength, durability, and low maintenance. The inward-opening design also facilitated safe and easy cleaning from inside the buildings, a key consideration for utility and maintenance facilities. All materials were selected to withstand the rigours of daily use while maintaining their performance and appearance over time.
